I really suggest every Forex broker out there who are interested in opening an account here in ACM to open a demo account first before opening a real account for some very valid reasons. Do not rely on reviews for there are several reviews that are manipulated and made mostly from the company itself to give a good feedback. I suggest you open a demo account first so that you will not regret and end up losing all your money. Here are the things I discovered from my trading in my demo account with them.
First, their server is very tricky. They seem very fast when not on a winning situation, but if you are, it tends to become slow thus unable to get your desired position especially when market conditions have high volatility. Second, I am very discouraged to know that their mini accounts are not “mini” after all because they cost too much compared to other mini account of other brokers. Third, their system simply sucks because even if i set my trades to be logged, my journal seems empty, so my winning trades simply are not being recorded. Very frustrating to know how this broker manipulates their clients into believing they are actually trading and earning profits.
Fourth, their customer service is very hostile and not accommodating. They tend to drive you away and divert the topic whenever you raise complaints and tell them whatever problems you are experiencing.
I suggest in finding a more decent broker, but if you really want try it for yourself using their demo account so that you can protect your money from them.
Web based platform very refreshing and very advantage coz no program is needed to be installed whatsoever. However, at times it becomes very slow compared to the platform that is installed. But webtrader platform from ACM is a bit fast compared to other webtrader platforms out there. Honestly this is one of the more decent platforms in the business today and very user friendly and easy to use. Overall, their execution is impressive but their spreads isn’t the lowest in the market. At least you are guaranteed to have a very profession broker to trade with. I am very happy I chose ACM and ryt not trading has been so fun making great profits.
Their new webtrader platform is so awesome, fast and fun to use. It is something that interests me and makes my trading much more hyped that their previous platform. Good trading here at ACM!
