This is a great broker and I have not had any problem with any aspect at all. They offer great spreads with a super fast execution. There was once though I had delays in my order, but it was only one time and I didn’t experience it again. They said it had some troubles with the server but they got it fixed right away. I hope so in the long run they won’t become like other broker.
During London session, I had a very bad experience with FXOpen. When the news for GBP was released, they did not implement my stop loss during the time, where the spread jump to 30pips for USD/GBP. I was not expecting this from them, since they had a very good reputation from my part. I’m not going to push thru with my second deposit as of the moment, they better give me a straight forward explanation of that happening.
I am loving their bonuses and all the perks they offer to their clients!!! I was recommended by an office mate to try and check this broker, since he had steady income and no troubles in trading. I opened up anyway since the minimum deposit is small and they gave out bonus! This is great since I used to also the bonus to trade, which made me profits.. they surely don’t trade against the customers, so everyone can breathe. They support hedging and scalping so a lot of varied customers can enjoy their great service. I have not yet done any withdrawals, but Ive read good reviews about withdrawal transaction, so I’m confident. Though I had to open up Liberty Reserve since they don’t support PayPal nor Alert pay. I use these two for most of my transactions in other things, but still giving this broker 9 out of 10.
